1. No Refund Policy

All fees paid to YourPassportHub.com are service fees for the review, preparation, and submission assistance of passport application forms. Because our service begins immediately after an order is placed and involves dedicated manual processing, all payments are final and non-refundable once work has started.

We do not issue refunds under the following circumstances:

  • If you change your mind after submitting an application.
  • If your application is delayed or rejected by the U.S. Department of State.
  • If the information you provided was incorrect or incomplete.
  • If government fees or additional processing fees are required by the official agency.
  • If your country or nationality is ineligible for service or travel restrictions are imposed after purchase.

2. Exceptions (Before Processing Starts)

Requests outside this window cannot be accepted.

3. Government Fees

Our service fees are separate from any U.S. government or postal fees. Refunds for government fees must be handled directly with the relevant government agency.

4. Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute through your bank, we reserve the right to share proof of service delivery with your financial institution to close the dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent service suspension.
